Q. How can I know when my item will arrive?
A. You will receive a shipped notification the day your item is shipped. The email will contain a confirmation and or tracking number keep in mind our products are shipped from various locations so shipping methods can vary, also please allow 2 days after the item was stated as shipped to receive tracking information on some items as we send out several items in bulk and shipping information has to be updated in our system.
Q. I emailed but you didn’t respond.
A. If you don’t receive a prompt answer, please check that our emails are not being blocked, deleted or in your junk at your end. If you don’t receive a reply with-in 24 hrs please try again, this rarely happens however we are human and can occasionally overlook an email.
Q. What if I’m not pleased?
A. If you’ve read this far we’re pretty sure you’ll be pleased but sometimes things happen, a package could get damaged in transit or the item was not what you expected etc. For whatever reason, if you are not pleased we ask that you contact us. We work very hard to ensure that you are 100% satisfied and that you have success with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please retain the items from your order as you will be asked to supply a photo(s) for verification. Our customers and business is very important to us and we appreciate when a customer chooses to purchase from us. We work very hard to resolve any issues with any item we sell, we sometimes call our customers and we encourage customers to call us to handle a dispute that could arise. Q. Can I customize an order?
A. Yes. You can contact us about a customization or special requests about our products however this may require additional processing time and or delivery time. We also offer discounts for purchasing larger quantities of an item. Contact us for more information.
Q. Do you ship international?
A. Yes we do ship to most foreign countries, please note that we cannot be responsible for items outside of the U.S after we confirm a shipment with you. If you require special shipping service please contact us before your purchase our preferred shipping method to foreign destinations is DHL and occasionally Amerijet however rates and customs charges may vary.
Q. What if a machine needs a part.
A. All equipment we sell has a 1 year manufacturer warranty. However we do supply parts for all the equipment we sell, contact us for information and costs for extended warranty.
Please note: Our FREE shipping policy does not include Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico however contact us for shipping costs to these regions and we can send an invoice to you with the total cost of the item you need with shipping. The same rule applies to some international destinations.
* For items such as the Roll Ice Cream Machines and other equipment which are shipped from our warehouse in China, customs duties & taxes may apply when imported into the USA and UK.
